We accredit our firm's success to our strict focus on off-mark opportunities and our preference to train our investment sales team in-house. This individually tailored training and our open-door policy increases agent potential and allows mentorship from some of the industry's finest experts. This is a commission-based position, with high splits. A New York State Real Estate License is required.
